Lynn has always loved to work with wood and to meet and interact with people. Through 37 years of experience, he's found that his career combines those two loves, perfectly.
He enjoys watching sporting events of all types, especially if his children are playing. When he's not running a business and working on projects, you'll find him outdoors and spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
After 34 years of experience, Mike still enjoys being able to do the hands-on part of the job. As a Certified Lead Safe Renovator through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), he makes sure our client's homes are renovated in a safe, environmentally friendly manner.
He enjoys meeting the different people we work for while forming a trust and relationship that lasts a lifetime.
Bill's solid background includes an Architectural Drafting degree and 35 years experience. He started in construction as a Laborer and later worked as a Job Foreman.
He has always been interested in building and solving the challenges it brings. Bill enjoys meeting new people, learning about their unique project ideas, and working together to bring out the best in their vision.
In his free time, you'll find him doing volunteer work in our community and helping friends and family.
Since 2008, Floyd has been in the woodworking industry. He currently works in our manufacturing facility crafting cabinets and specialty pieces of furniture. His favorite part about his job is getting to craft beautiful pieces out of exotic and rare woods. He feels personally rewarded every time he takes a raw piece of wood and makes something spectacular out of it.
In his spare time he likes working with horses, hunting, and traveling.
Stephen likes to say the work chose him. After being in construction for 19 years, seeing the thrilled reaction of the home owner is still satisfying. He also enjoys looking back at something he's built and seeing how good his work looks.
Stephen's skill set has been refined since he started as a Laborer and worked his way up, learning all aspects of the woodworking trade.
Kerri will typically be the first person you see when you walk into our offices. She enjoys people and details, so getting to see each aspect of the jobs is fun for her. She likes being able to interact with customers and help them in the process of completing their project. But her favorite part of the job is being able to work for her Dad, Lynn!
Kerri enjoys photography, travel, watching sports, and spending time with her family and friends.
Designer / Production Manager
Joshua first found a passion for the technical joinery skills necessary for top shelf woodworking. Coupled with his love of working with people, project management and joinery training landed on his plate.
After 20 years of experience, he's developed a great appreciation for timeless world class design. He decided to make this part of his life's study, after working with and learning from renown designers on multi-million dollar projects on the Maine Coast.
He enjoys the next challenge of each new project, exceeding our clients expectations, and crafting another Ramsey Legacy Project that provides years of enjoyment.
For recreation, Joshua likes mountain biking and snowboarding.
Phillip received his first experience as a carpenter through doing volunteer work. He enjoyed the work so much that he decided to do carpentry full-time. He has experience in the many different facets of carpentry but lately has been focused on cabinet installation, home remodels, and training others in his trade.
When he's not working, he enjoys travel and golfing as much as he can.
